This comprehensive exterior remodel revitalized a condominium complex comprising seventy-three housing units, garages, and a clubhouse across seventeen buildings, incorporating minor strategic enhancements. We designed a new exterior siding composition and made structural improvements to optimize garage access. The project featured durable, maintenance-free siding and deck materials, along with new roof fascia, soffits, and guttering. We also upgraded the railings, windows, and patio doors, introducing a vibrant new color scheme, all beautifully complemented by natural-stone veneer wainscoting. Additionally, the reengineering of the decks eliminated 12 obstructive columns, significantly improving safe access to and from the garages.
